Day 10 | Something You Ate #26DayBloggingChallenge

I have started clean eating I am only at day 2 and all I seem to be getting is a massive headache. I think I will give it a go for one more day and if it persists, I will go back to my old ways. I'm looking forward to my big hearty stew tonight though, something to warm my belly. Hope you have had a lovely week. I have been a little slack with posting every day, such is life.

Hi Lovely, good luck with the clean eating!
The headaches will be your sugar withdrawal and can last up to a week - annoying, but once you are clear you feel fantastic! I did the Whole30 and loved it (after I detoxed from sugar haha).

What do you mean by clean eating? I like fruit, but I know I wouldn't last long just on fruit. I can barely eat one a day. :)

Yum!!!! I love this - wish I had the power to do healthy eating. It always looks SO tempting AND pretty - but then so does a packet of crisps :(
