I have had the most amazing Christmas and New Years in Fiji. I have came back so motivated and feel like I can take on the world. New Years resolutions are just to be happy there is no excuse for feeling down. After travelling all around Fiji I came to the realisation that Fijian's don't have much at all yet they are the happiest most beautiful people you could ever meet. Here are some of my favourite snaps from the trip I hope you enjoy them and that 2011 brings you everything you want.

I am heading off to Fiji on Monday and will probably have no Internet access while I am there. So I thought I would do a quick post to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New year. This will be my first Christmas away from my family so it's all feeling a little bit strange for me and I am feeling guilty. In the same breath I can't wait to be sitting on the beach drinking cocktails and relaxing. I hope you all have the best Christmas and New Years ever. I can't wait to read all your posts and catch up with you all when I get back. I miss you guys already, Have a good one xxx

Well I have survived my cold and am feeling so much better. Thanks so much for all my get well messages. It is the first time that I have ever received that many comments, you all made me feel very special. We are off to dinner with friends tonight at their local Thai restaurant. I am hoping they haven't bought us Christmas presents as we haven't got them anything. This dress is another one of my favourite dresses I purchased this dress a couple of years ago at the Woodford Folk Festival. I love the colours and the print it always makes me feel really happy.

I have today of work I am so sick with a cold. I hate having a cold in summer there is nothing worse. I am all set up though I have my Nana rug, tissues, chicken and sweet corn soup, a book, a mag and gossip girl. I might be sick but at least I am doing it in style.

Another wet miserable day, perfect for making Rum Balls, putting up the decorations and getting into the Christmas spirit. Let is snow, let it snow, let it snow. OK, I know I am dreaming I am never going to have a white Christmas in Australia. I have a Christmas function to go to tonight I am not in the mood, but they always end up being the good nights. I want to do some outfit post but this rain is putting a stop to it. Here is my recipe for the Rum Balls so quick and easy to make and soooo yummy.
1 packet of milk arrowroot biscuits
400ml can of sweetened condensed milk
4 table spoons of coco
3 table spoons of rum
Crush the biscuits until fine then add cocoa, sweetened condensed milk and rum. Once ingredients are mixed together roll into small balls and coat with coconut and place in fridge for an hour.

OK, summer is here even though it is pissing down here at the moment. I thought I would do a post on The new Seafolly range of swimmers modelled by two bitches Jess Hart and Samantha Harris. OK, they are not bitches I am just jealous of those pretty faces and perfect bodies. I love any of the togs with frills on them, so cute and girly. Which ones do you like? Guess what I got Big Day Out tickets today a chic at my work had 2 spare, Giddy Up!!!!!
