So Naughty!

I made this last week and it's so yummy that I had to share it with you girls.

Banana Pudding
395 can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups of ice cold water
100g packet instant vanilla pudding mix
3 cups of thickened cream
500g savoiardi biscuits (sponge biscuits)
4 cups sliced ripe bananas

Place the sweetened milk and water in a bowl and beat together on medium speed for about 1 minute then add the pudding mix and beat for 2 minutes. Place in the fridge for 3-4 hours or even overnight.

Whip the cream on medium speed until it has stiff peaks. Gently fold in the pudding mixture until well blended.

To assemble desert use large wide bowl with a 4 1/2 litre capacity. Spread a little of the pudding mixture on the base and arrange 1/3 of the biscuits over the bottom of the bowl. Overlapping if necessary. Layer with bananas and 1/3 of the pudding mixture. Repeat layering twice more finishing with a lovely layer of pudding mix. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and allow to chill for 4-8 hours.

It looks delicious! Too bad I'm currently allergic to bananas (the allergy comes and goes...yeah, I'm a weirdo).

And I totally used to eat condensed milk straight from the can...and would still do it now if my fiance didn't look at me horrified haha
