Things That Make Me Smile

Black Swan

Today I went and watched Black Swan, I walked out not knowing if I actually liked the movie or not. Natalie Portman I must say is brilliant in it, it's just such a dark movie. I heard it was dark but did not realise how dark.



This it the outfit I wore to the movies. I have had this dress for ever and recently purchased this bag when thrifting for $4. I love it as it is so big and you can store so much in it. Today my cat Mindy has had his teeth cleaned we have just picked poor baby up and he is still all drugged up and staggering around the house. Anyways middle of the week girls YAY I love Wednesday for that reason. To any bloggers from Christchurch my heart goes out to all of you and your families it is so devastating and you have all been through so much already, stay strong XXX

They Are On The List

I feel a shopping spree coming on and these are all on the list, I love a change of season and a change of wardrobe!

What's In my Bag?

This is my work bag so it has pretty much everything in it. So the necessities are my wallet, diary, work keys and Paddington Bear home keys. I always have a book or a mag to read as it takes a good half an hour to get to work each day. I also have my Tupperware containers with my lunch in it. Cause I'm a good girl and take my own lunch every day.

Then we have the things I can't live with out like head bands and hair bands for when my hair is driving me insane and my NZ lip balm kiwi fruit flavour, Rexona Girl Tropical Energy deodorant, Panamax for those period pains that have me doubled over in pain and last but not least my Body Shop Hemp Hand Protector I dont particularly like the smell but your hands feel amazing after you use it.

Belated V Day Dinner

Hubby was doing night shift on Valentines Day so we were like two ships passing in the night on the actual day. But today we are going out to dinner at our favourite Indian Restaurant. So while waiting for him to get home I decided to do some outfit posts with the old tripod. Hope everyone is having a good week, if your not just remember were half way there.

Weekend Wonders

Saturday we had free tickets to the corporate box at the Brisbane Roar soccer game. I surprisingly really enjoyed myself,it had nothing to do with the free food or alcohol I swear. I would really love to go to another game and be amongst it with the real fans.



Sunday was my Besty's Birthday and we had the best Japanese ever it was so Divine. After lunch we had to rush to a wine testing on the Kookaburra Queen a beautiful old paddle boat that goes along the Brisbane River. Really weird being on the boat and thinking only a month ago this river destroyed so much of Brisbane.

Dangerfield

I love that Myer are now selling Dangerfield and I don't have to go to Melbourne to purchase there lovely items anymore. I am saving my pennies for a gorgeous dress I saw at Myer and thought I would show you some pretty items off there facebook page. I'm sad today because my besty from work has got a new job and is leaving me sob sob. We just really clicked and it's going to be strange to be at work with out her happy smiley face and her sarcastic wit. Have a good weekend and beehive yourselves, talk soon xxx
